Rules

┃Event manner

The following acts are strictly prohibited.
We ask for your cooperation in making the concert enjoyable for everyone by observing manners and rules.
In case of malicious behavior, we may ask you to leave the venue or ban you from the venue.

  • Violence, harassment, or any other behavior that offends others

  • Photography, recording with recording devices, recording, etc.

  • Waiting to leave or enter a live concert or event, or chasing after others when moving from one place to another

  • Leaving baggage on the floor or tables at live music venues

┃Meet & greet

There may be a special time for a photo session (checker meeting/goods sales) where you can take a checker photo with your favorite member at each event. 
If you wish to participate, please line up at the sales booth of the group you wish to attend and purchase a "cheki ticket" for the event.
After purchasing the ticket, please follow the guidance of the staff and line up in the photo line.

 

【Attention】

  • Please follow the staff's instructions in order.

  • Staff will guide you in order, but the order may change in order to proceed smoothly. Photography will be conducted by staff members. No photos will be taken by customers.

  • There is a time limit for the photo session with autograph and talk. Please cooperate to end the session as soon as the timer rings.

  • Designating poses that members do not like is prohibited. 

  • Reward tickets can only be used at the event on the day of purchase.

  • Please refrain from taking the ticket home with you. If you are not able to use the ticket even though you purchased it, you will receive a refund only on the day of the event.

  • Please note that we will not be able to refund or exchange any excess award tickets at a later date.

┃Gifts and fanletters 

Please do not give the gift directly to the members. 
Please make sure to ask the staff to identify who the gift is for and from, and be sure to hand it to the staff.
If there is no problem with the contents, the gift will be given to the member.
Also, please confirm the following

 

  • The total amount of the gift must be less than 10,000 yen before tax for one performance. Multiple items are acceptable as long as the total amount is 10,000 yen or less before tax.

  • Please be sure to bring the receipt showing the item(s) in question. (Receipts that do not show the item are not acceptable.) If you do not have the receipt, you will need to show the list price on the Internet, etc.

  • The following gifts will not be accepted

    • Items that have been opened or used

    • Handmade food and beverages

    • Cash, money certificates, commemorative coins, discount coupons, etc.

    • Hazardous materials (gunpowder, fireworks, knives)

    • Living creatures (animals, insects)

    • Items that require refrigerated or frozen storage

    • Other items deemed unacceptable by the management

 

Please note that gifts and fan letters can be sent by mail, but will be handled in accordance with the aforementioned instructions.

┃Planning proposals from customers 

The following is our policy regarding birthday parties, graduation performances, and other events that our customers may plan for their performances.
We ask for your cooperation in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all audience members.

  • If you are considering a project, please be sure to submit a written proposal to the management. We will review the proposal and contact you to let you know if it is feasible or not.

  • Please follow the aforementioned gift-giving rules for gifts to members.

  • The following types of gifts are prohibited.

    • Gifts that will be displayed, such as flower stands

    • Gifts of money between customers

    • Other projects that involve an unspecified number of customers, such as the collection of message cards, etc.
